Martha's, across from Six Flag's Great Escape in Queensbury, is almost always packed, and for great reason! With a long menu full of daily changing soft-serve flavors, Martha's Dandee Creme proves easily why it's one of the best!
Martha's sizes are known to be more than generous, with a "Large" cremee order almost toppling over due to it's sheer height, it's become a beloved part of the charm of Martha's Dandee Creme.

Martha's is also known for it's "Cremewiches", Ice Cream Cakes, and the noticeably large Rooster on it's sign!
There is a spacious, outdoor eating area with picnic tables, that is covered and has ceiling heaters for colder nights.
There is also bench seating near the road, wrapped around their eye-catching fountains that are on each side of the 'Rooster' Welcome sign. The area for waiting in line and reading the menu is big enough so everyone can feel comfortable and socially-distanced if necessary.
Next to the Ice Cream windows you can also find a Grill Menu with an array of fried and american foods, making Martha's a great choice for lunch or dinner after a long day shopping at The Outlets, playing games at The Fun Spot, or even after spending the day at The Great Escape, across the road!

Sporting an actual Pink roof, "The Pink Roof" has been serving customers since 1970.
Some delicious treats they're known for are their various "Flavor Bursts", their "Coconut milkshake", and their homemade Italian ices! Their soft-serve flavors also change bi-weekly.
The greatest thing about getting your Ice Cream at The Pink Roof, is that "Around the World Minigolf" is right next door! This mini golf course is one of the oldest in Lake George, and was designed by a local who was inspired by his world travels!

It doesn't get more Old Fashioned and Locally operated than this! This Car Hop is owned and operated by the Scarlotta Family, who are well known and liked in the small community of Granville.
Their menu features 24 flavors of soft serve, Dole whip products, and Dog-friendly ice cream cups for free!
They also offer a variety of menu items including charming picks such as "The Scarlotta Burger" and "Grandma Betty's Meat Sauce" on their hot dogs. You can order take out, dine in, or stay right in the car and have your food ordered and brought to you! Like the good old days. The Wind-Chill Factory has remained a local favorite in Ticonderoga since 1996, and continued to grow in popularity each summer as tourists discovered it and came back each year for more.
This year they opened a second location in Ballston Spa!
The Wind-Chill is known for it's Polar Bear mascot, Homemade Ice Cream Cakes, Flurries, and Specialty Sundaes. They also have a great selection for lunch and dinner, some local favorites including their Buffalo Chicken Pizza & Mexican Taco Salad! Many Americade go-ers stop by the Wind-Chill on their ride to Lake George every June!

Another great mini-golf and ice cream combo! Hillbilly Fun park in Fort Ann is a cute, locally owned mini golf course and ice cream spot that will keep your little ones busy for hours!
